Your own accounts
Bring your own keys on any plan; bring your own hosting and database on paid plans.
Per component
- Hosting
- Your Railway account token: the app is created in your workspace (before provisioning, paid plans).
- Database
- Your Supabase personal access token: database and user accounts live in your organization (before provisioning, paid plans).
- User accounts
- Follows the database account.
- Transactional email
- Your Resend key; sending from your domain.
- Customer payments
- Your Stripe key instead of a connected account.
- Custom domain
- A domain you already own, attached with DNS records.
- AI services
- Your OpenRouter / fal.ai keys; AI is never included.
What changes
The plan price stays the same. Launchbase adds no cost for providers you pay directly and does not meter BYOK hosting. Resources created in your accounts are recorded as yours; Launchbase operates them with your token for deploys, logs, domains, pause and resume, exports and retirement, and never reports them as orphans of its own inventory.
Limits
Hosting and database accounts are connected before provisioning; moving an already-provisioned app into your accounts is a migration (export, then create a new app with your accounts connected). Testing apps run on Launchbase-managed hosting and database only.
